Hi my name is Justin Olmanson,

I teach 3rd grade at Crespo fine arts academy in HISD SE. I am very much into the Free Voluntary Reading ideas and applications of Krashen, Cummins' language use focus, Ada's critical literacy views / stages, the place of Success For All, and how to incorporate Reading Renaissance into my day as well.

This is my second year and it has been by leaps and bounds much better than my first, i think that this year i can call myself a good teacher, but i think it will take at least one more year to become an effective educator.
